01Design

Architectural solution, structural statics, panel structure, thermal performance, acoustics, fire safety (REI30/60/90), moisture protection and building-services integration.

02Production

Sigulda factory, C24 Latvian timber, up to 1,500 m² produced per month on our own production line.

03Delivery

Packed to a loading plan with optimised cargo geometry for transport to Sweden, Norway and Switzerland. Roughly 40 to 50 m² of building area travels on one truck, auxiliary materials included, and every delivery is verifiable truck by truck.

04Assembly

Assembled on site by MasterIndustry's own crews, never subcontracted. Work happens under roof cover, protected from the weather, with elements sealed and blower-door airtightness tests completed.

05Handover and warranty

Airtightness tested (blower door) as standard, handed over with complete as-built documentation.

Anatomy

A building as a kit of elements.

Wall, floor and roof panels are assembled in the factory, numbered and packed for sequenced assembly on site.

01

Panels

Prefabricated wall, floor and roof panels, built to a fixed build-up and delivered ready to erect.

02

Glulam and CLT

GL24h glulam and cross-laminated panels where the design needs long spans or stiff diaphragms.

03

Numbered for site

Every element is numbered and packed to a loading plan, then lifted into sequence by our crews.

Structures

The structural systems behind every building.

01

Wood panel structure

Prefabricated wall, floor and roof panels, factory-assembled to a fixed build-up and delivered ready to erect.

Prefab
02

Glue-laminated beams

Structural glulam, GL24h grade, for long spans and exposed frame structures.

Glulam
03

Cross-laminated timber

CLT panels for floors, walls and roof diaphragms that need high dimensional stability. Floor panels run to 220 mm.

CLT
04

Plywood sheets

Plywood sheets combined with the panel, glulam and CLT structure, on a monolithic concrete foundation with elevator shafts.

01

Carbon storage

Sequesters carbon for the structure's lifespan instead of releasing it in production.

02

Strength-to-weight

Timber is light for its strength, which keeps the building light and foundation loads down.

03

Off-site speed

Panels are produced in a controlled factory while site works proceed in parallel.

04

Thermal performance

Insulated panel build-ups are engineered per project using Ubakus hygrothermal modelling.

05

Acoustic comfort

Layered assemblies are specified to meet party-wall and floor acoustic requirements.

06

Fire design

Fire ratings of REI30, REI60 or REI90 are engineered to the specific building.

07

Moisture management

Vapour barrier and breather membrane layers are specified, then tested before handover.

08

Design flexibility

Panel systems adapt from single modular units to multi-apartment developments.

How a framed wall panel is made

  1. 01FrameC24 studs and plates, cut to the list that comes straight from the structural model.
  2. 02InsulationFitted between the studs in the factory, so the thermal layer is closed before the panel leaves.
  3. 03SheathingOSB fixed to the frame braces the panel and carries the racking loads.
  4. 04MembranesA vapour barrier on the warm side controls moisture and supports airtightness; a breather membrane outside lets the wall dry.
  5. 05OpeningsWindow and door openings are framed and reinforced in the panel, ready for installation.
  6. 06Numbered for siteEach panel carries its element number and is packed to the loading plan, then set in sequence by our crews.
