Frequently asked.
How does cross-border logistics work?
Every project is packed to a loading plan with optimised cargo geometry before it leaves Sigulda. Delivery to Sweden, Norway and Switzerland is scheduled as a single coordinated transport plan, timed to the assembly crew's arrival on site.
How far can a modular home be customised?
Modular typologies fix the structural envelope and lead time. Interior layout, cladding and finishes can be adjusted within the panel system's tolerances. Structural changes move a project into the Private Homes category.
What warranty is provided?
Every building is handed over with a completed airtightness-test result and full as-built documentation, which forms the basis of the warranty. Specific terms are confirmed in the project contract.
Can you build on difficult soil or foundations?
Foundation design is assessed per site and engineered separately from the timber superstructure. Our structural documentation is coordinated with the foundation engineer of record.
What does the blower-door protocol involve?
Every building is airtightness-tested (blower door) to EN ISO 9972 before handover. The test measures air leakage under pressurised and depressurised conditions, and the result is included in the handover documentation.

How far ahead do I need to book?
Lead times depend on current factory load. Ask us for the next open production slot.
How are VAT and cross-border tax handled?
Cross-border transactions are structured per the destination country's VAT and import requirements. Specific tax treatment is confirmed with our finance team at contract stage.
