About
MasterIndustry.
A timber manufacturer and builder, from one factory in Sigulda.
Timber buildings, engineered and built in Sigulda.
MasterIndustry designs, manufactures, delivers and assembles high-performance timber buildings from a single factory in Sigulda, Latvia. Our clients are developers, housing associations, public bodies and private owners in Latvia, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.
Structural design follows Eurocode 5 on every project. Fire ratings (REI30, REI60 or REI90) are engineered to the specific building, not applied as a default. Every timber grade is C24, of Scandinavian or Latvian origin.
Before handover, every building is airtightness-tested (blower door) to EN ISO 9972. It is a quality gate, not a marketing figure: no building leaves Sigulda without a completed blower-door result.
